Courses are super easy to find here in the Learning Community - just head to the Courses Menu at the top of the full web version or in the mobile app!
You’ll see all your courses there:
Select your course to open it up and you’ll see a list of the lessons and your progress:
Some courses may show “lock” icons for later lessons, that means that you have to work through a course in a specific order - sometimes for safety reasons.
When it comes to watching a lesson you will need to watch 90% of the video through to continue to the next video, while the video can be paused, anything longer than a short delay may cause the watch not to count.
The Player contains the ability to speed the video up and slow the video down - just click the cog in the lower right of the video:
You can find Closed Captions here (in English) just enable or disable using the CC icon.
Transcripts are also available (in English) on these videos - you can find a transcript under the video - just hit “show Transcript)
You can make the transcript larger by clicking the arrows and this will allow you to search for specific phrases or words in the video and jump right to it!
Some older courses may not be enabled for these features as these are retired / Vault courses that are no longer available to purchase.
My course contain files - how can I find them?
On the web version of the learning community you can find files adjacent to the lesson:
