Who is Blink Bot?
Blink is our Knowledge Retriever, she knows lots about absoluteDogs and depending on your membership* she can answer questions on how to tackle any struggle.
In a browser, you can find her in the Search Menu - just start asking your question and then click “Ask Blink Bot” or in the messages speech bubble.
In the mobile app, you can find her in the Messages section under Agents
Just tap on Blink Bot and ask her a question in the 'Write something...' box.
Tips for the best success!
- Try asking normal language questions - such as “what can you suggest for pulling on lead” as opposed to just a single word or phrase.
- Got a game that is on your mind but you can’t quite remember what it is? Try asking Blink Bot! - what is that game where the dog stands in front of Kev’s legs?
- She is multi lingual - if you need to change her language you can tell her “Dutch” or “es” for Spanish. If you do it by accident you can type “English” to reset or just open a new conversation
- If she doesn’t respond to a question, please open a new message conversation with her and try again.
- If you want to know more about the team - try “who is Kev?” or “what’s Lauren’s favourite food?”
