How much time should I allow to play the games? Do I have to keep up with a game every day or is there an option to watch a video at a later time?

This course is designed so you can play the games at your own pace and in your own time. Videos can be watched at a later time if you can’t get to them each day. The games average about 3 minutes a day so you can easily fit them into a busy schedule.
